“Aboriginal mental health advocates say there’s limited funding for Indigenous-controlled mental health services. One gay Aboriginal man has been crowd-funding his own mental health support organisation for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender and Intersex people. Indigenous people are twice as likely to take their own life compared to other Australians.”
